Leslie Nease is a speaker and writer who inspires youth and women to get gutsy for God! She is a former Christian radio host, Mrs. North Carolina pageant winner, and contestant on the hit reality TV show, Survivor: China. Leslie desires to help young people and women of all ages:

Leslie on Survivor China

Leslie knows what it's like to stand for your faith in an unpopular setting. During the first episode of Survivor: China, she was asked to bow before a statue in a Buddhist temple. However, Leslie refused to bow down and respectfully walked out. When confronted with her decision, she confidently stated, "I'm not religious, but I have a relationship with Jesus Christ and I'm only going to put my face on the floor for Him."

Today, Leslie helps audiences get gutsy for God, such as standing up for Christ in a scrutinized high school environment or in a stressful workplace. She speaks frequently to youth groups, women's ministries, church groups, and civic organizations. Her messages are filled with humor, real-life issues, and practical applications from God's Word.

Leslie also has over 16 years experience teaching fitness classes and helping people stay healthy. She has written for several fitness publications and is author of the book, Body Builders. In 2001, Leslie won the Mrs. North Carolina pageant and spoke statewide on the platform of fitness and overcoming obesity. She hoped winning the crown would bring the fulfillment that she craved. But, when it didn't, Leslie discovered that the secret to real joy is only found in a true relationship with Jesus Christ.

Family...

Leslie relishes the adventure of being a wife and mother. She is married to Rod, and they have four children, ages 18, 16, 9 and 8. They reside in Tega Cay, South Carolina.
